Requirements

GlyphGate runs on all current versions of Windows (e.g. 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Vista etc), as well as on Unix brands such as for Sun Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD and Mac OS X. GlyphGate is not supported on non-server versions of Windows though (such as Windows Me).

GlyphGate manages a cache for fast access of css, html and font data files. The size needed for this cache can be configured set per hosted web domains, using so called "site cache quotas". Typical disk space needed for an average sized web site ranges from 10MB to 80MB, depending on the diversity of used fonts and languages in the web content.

• 1 Ghz CPU (e.g. pentium, sparc or ppc)

• 200 MB free harddisk space

GlyphGate editions

• New:New: GlyphGate Public Edition - This is the freely available edition, which is being provided without any warenties nor any support. If you are clever enough to manage a web site and you intended to use GlyphGate for non-profit purposes, then this is the one you want to use. You can only setup 4 sites with this edition
• New:New: GlyphGate Enterprise Edition - This is the enterprise edition. If you intend to manage more than a four web sites with GlyphGate, you need support in using or setting up GlyphGate, then this is the verion you need.

New:New: Previous edtions of GlyphGate, including the E-Commerce and Large Site edition, have been discontinued.
